This place in kleve is terrible! I very rarely write negative comments online and I must admit the food taste nice but the service in there just ruins it! I been there in a few occasions and ever time i walked out quite disappointed and upset. The stuff makes u feel like a stranger and doesnt care that you are waiting in line for 15 min for a simple cheeseburger... And usually that is still on the verge of acceptable., but the last time i have been there i waited in line around 5 min while one member on the stuff was chatting at the phone and the other one was making the impossible to act like he doesnt see me. I said hallo and received no answer and after the 5 min i said hallo again cos it seemed none has seen me. Thats when the guy looked at me, point with a finger at his phone and went back to ignoring me. I left the place quite upset and im never going back

Of course not a star restaurant, but very polite and nice staff and we always go shopping there which is fast food. Currywurst with fries, chicken nuggets, ect. Not much choice, but it always tastes good

They had a very nice terrace outside. A bit unclear about the order. (They send you away from the counter, and a little later they shout that your order is ready.) But if you sit outside on the terrace you do not hear that. And the fries 🍟was Brem salt. The 🍔 chicken burger was tasty.

Cheeseburger menu, cheeseburger tasted like a ready made microwave burger, fries were also little the mayonnaise itself. Dirty watery pepsi instead of coca cola. And customer unfriendly staff. In a word: Sheise.

The bradworst is quite nice

They charged us extra and never accepted the mistake even after pointing it out.

Clean snack bar with reasonable prices. Half the chicken on the spit is juicy and well done, although I missed some sauce. With a menu including fries and a large cup of soda you are really full. I suspect that there is quite a bit of flavor enhancer in the spice mix; was thirsty all day after half-chicken lunch.

Delicious fast food in some tourism places in Germany. Chicken wings with pommes are my special favorites.

Normally, I loved being there and could always recommend it because the food tastes very good in my opinion. Last week, however, experienced a very incredible and unfriendly service, where you did not feel that the "customer king" was., For example, from 2 meters away about the customers spoken / blasphemed and also very unpleasant sayings like: "We are not God!" I found this to be honest! You do not deal with people like that ... not at all with customers!

I love the food and the price is reasonable you don't have to wait for the food too. They also give frequent discounts and offers on combo meals

So far so good. The service Jan was extremely friendly and has every fun we made. The shop makes a clean and tidy impression. The toilets are also clean. I think the fries are too thin. These are getting cold too fast. I think 10mm fries and the steakhouse fries are great. This is my personal feeling. The wooden spoon is a kind of little sister of Mc Donald and Burger King. Can not the cooking spoon come to Dortmund? We can recommend the wooden spoon. 👍🏼

The fast food wooden spoon is first of all very interesting. I had never heard of this before I was in Kleve. But now to the evaluation. At first glance, the wooden spoon is confusing. Burgers, fries, grilled chicken, hot dogs ??? The station wagon is confusing. Finally, I finally decided on the classic MCDONALD'S MENU with cheeseburger, fries and a drink. And I have to say ... The quality, i.e. the taste of the whole thing, comes close to the taste of the fast food giant for me. This is of course now an intentional matter whether this is positive or negative. For me it was a positive experience. The atmosphere is excellent too. A good location in the middle of Kleve near the castle. You can sit outside and I couldn't find the dirty conditions mentioned by others. Now for the negatives. Yes, despite one negative thing I gave it 5 stars because I just think that the 5 stars are justified, as there are only minor things that bothered me. And I'm very fussy sometimes. - My Coca Cola was served in a Pepsi glass. (Nothing bad, but just a little something that could be changed if Coca Cola is already being advertised.) - The cool looking "wooden spoon" Pikser for the french fries broke off the first time you used it. The design is really great, only a little better plastic would be nice. In summary: A damn good fast food restaurant that I will definitely visit again. I hope that Kochlöffel will soon have a branch near me, as it can keep up with the big ones in terms of both price and image.
